Greaseproof & Moisture Resistant Performance
A greaseproof liner stops oil from soaking through and going translucent mid-service. Our sheets carry a greaseproof or dry wax treatment that blocks both oil and moisture, so the paper holds its shape under hot food and lifts away clean when the basket is cleared.
Dry wax is the better pick for hot items. Wet wax softens under heat, so we point hot-food clients toward dry wax or a greaseproof coating and save wet wax for cold deli use.

Available Materials & Specifications
Paper weight decides how the liner performs more than any other choice. We run food basket liners and deli sheets from 28 gsm to 40 gsm.
- 28 to 30 GSM:Â light, economical, best for dry items like pastries, bagels and sandwich wraps
- 32 to 35 GSM: the everyday choice for fries, burgers and wings, with enough body to stay opaque
- 38 to 40 GSM: heavier sheets for wet or heavily oiled items, and for liners that double as a serving mat
Stock Options: bleached white paper gives the brightest print reproduction and suits full-colour artwork. Natural kraft gives a warm, unbleached look that fits rustic and eco-focused menus, though ink colours read slightly muted on it.
Coatings: greaseproof, dry wax, silicone or PE, applied to one side or both depending on how much oil the sheet needs to hold.
Printing: one to four colours. A single-colour logo repeat is the most economical option and reads clearly from across a table. Full CMYK is worth the cost when your artwork uses photos or gradients. Keep heavy solid ink out of the sheet centre, since dense coverage shows grease marks faster than open space. All inks are soy-based or water-based and food-safe.
