At iCustomBoxes Canada, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom packaging products that meet your expectations. If you experience any issues with your order, we're here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

Order Approval & Proofing

We provide complimentary design support and digital proofs for all custom packaging orders. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve all design details, including:

  • Dimensions and sizing
  • Artwork and graphics
  • Colors
  • Materials and specifications
  • Text, spelling, and content

Once the final proof has been approved, your order will proceed to production. At this stage, no further changes can be made.

iCustomBoxes Canada is not responsible for errors in approved proofs, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, incorrect dimensions, artwork issues, or design inaccuracies that were approved by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.

To help us assess the issue, we may request photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

Eligibility for a Replacement or Refund

To qualify for a replacement, reprint, or refund:

  • The issue must be caused by a manufacturing defect or shipping-related damage.
  • The claim must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Once the issue has been verified, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Reprinting the affected products
  • Issuing a partial or full refund
  • Providing store credit
  • Refund Policy

Because all products are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer, refunds are generally not available once production has begun.

However, if an error is determined to be the responsibility of iCustomBoxes Canada, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Partial refund
  • Store credit
  • Product reprint or replacement

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

  • Refund Policy
  • Delays caused by the customer (including delayed proof approvals or incorrect shipping information)
  • Minor colour variations resulting from the printing process
  • Changes of mind after production has started
  • Customer-provided design or artwork errors that were approved during the proofing stage

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Orders may be cancelled before they enter the production stage.

Once a design proof has been approved and the order has moved into production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Cancellation Before Production

If you request a cancellation after approving the design proof but before production begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Applicable charges may be deducted, including:

  • Graphic design services
  • File preparation fees
  • Administrative and setup costs
  • Costs of special materials already purchased for your project

Cancellation After Production Begins

Unfortunately, once production has started, cancellations, refunds, or order changes cannot be accommodated due to the custom nature of our products.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all proofs and order details before providing final approval.
