Custom Boxes For Pasta, Not Repurposed From a Generic Box
Pasta packaging has to do a few specific things. It needs to keep long noodles from snapping, hold their shape on a shelf, and use board that's safe for direct or lined food contact. We build to those needs instead of handing you a stock carton and hoping it works.
Long cuts like spaghetti and bucatini do well in tall tuck-end boxes or with an interior sleeve. Short cuts like penne, fusilli, and macaroni fit standard cartons with a clear window. Fresh pasta and ravioli usually need a sturdier setup with a food-safe liner or tray, and we can spec that with you before printing.
Materials You Can Choose From
Kraft board gives a natural, artisan look that suits handmade and organic brands. If you're leaning that direction, the same stock is available across our kraft boxes. White SBS board prints bright, clean color and works well for bold retail designs. For fresh or refrigerated pasta, we use grease-resistant and food-grade liners so oil and moisture don't wick into the print.
Every box can be printed inside and out, and you can add finishes like matte lamination, soft-touch coating, or spot gloss to make one part of the design stand out.
Window Options
A die-cut window lets the shape and color of your pasta do the selling. We use the same food-safe film across our custom window boxes, so the product stays sealed. You choose the window shape, from a simple rectangle to a custom outline that follows your logo.
Printing and Branding
Full CMYK printing covers the whole box, so your color, ingredients panel, cooking instructions, and barcode all print in one pass. We handle nutrition panels, bilingual English and French copy for Canadian retail, and any certification marks you carry, like organic or gluten-free.

Minimums, Pricing, and Turnaround
Our minimum is 100 boxes, which keeps small-batch and seasonal runs affordable. Price per box drops as quantity goes up, so a 1,000-box order costs noticeably less each than a 100-box order. Standard production runs about 8 to 10 business days after you approve the proof, with rush options when you're up against a launch date.

FAQs:
Are your pasta boxes food-safe?
Yes. We use food-grade board and liners rated for dry pasta, and grease-resistant liners for fresh or oiled products. Tell us which type of pasta you're packing and we'll match the right material.
Can I get a window to show the pasta inside?
Yes. We die-cut the window in any shape and back it with clear food-safe film so the product stays sealed.
What's the smallest order I can place?
100 boxes. That lets you test a design or a market without committing to a large run.
Do you print bilingual packaging for Canadian retail?
Yes. We print English and French panels, nutrition facts, and certification marks like organic or gluten-free in the same run.
Can you match my exact dimensions?
Yes. The sizes above are starting points. Send your measurements and we cut to fit, with no extra tooling charge on most orders.
How long does production take?
Around 8 to 10 business days after proof approval, with rush options available.
